Download psx v1.13 emulator
When download is complete, extract files to destination folder (any hard drive)
Right click psxfin - send to - desktop (create shortcut)
Run the program - file - choose insert cd image if you have an image filesfor play station games or either choose - insert cd drive if you have your compact disc inserted in your cd rom.
